i.am.so.tired.now!!
had been working these few days at the budget terminal. this job ish fun BUT very tiring.. can hardly open my eyes before and after work (as shiru has mentioned in her blog!) bcuz we were so busy that we dun have time to feel tired at all..
registration counter..
basically my job ish to assist celin. actually shiru was together with us.. but they lack one typist so they transfer her over to the next counter.. their job ish registration the public for the tour in the Budget Terminal and i need explain to them about the pass, their group number and waiting area. keep repeating the same thing over and over and over and over again for the whole day~~ until i wanna lose my voice le..
this is what they need to enter!
faced some REALLY REALLY unreasonable customers!! oh cannot tahan their attitude. got one particular couple (old auntie and uncle) thinks tat they are so damn great when they can speak in english and make a big fuss when we ask them to queue up. ^#%@$%^@ they even argue with my in charge and got her so pissed off! this is one part of their conversation when it got real nasty:
old couple: you are obviously picking on me!! i come here first! why do u keep asking me to queue up!! what kinda service is this!!
(who say they come first.. got another grp of ppl registering at our counter at that time..)
my in-charge: sir! i hope u can understand that im not picking on anyone!
old couple: YOU ARE!! i demand to speak to ur manager now!!
my in-charge: i AM the manager!
old couple: SO WHAT?! i wanna speak to ur director!!!
my in-charge: *damn pissed* FINE!! u wait here!! i get my director to talk to u now!
aye~ see how unreasonable people can get sometimes? even make my in-charge lose her cool.. thats scary.. cuz all the in-charges there are real friendly and stuff.. that incident muz have really made her damn damn pissed.. i almost wanted to rebutt the couple when they even came and grumble to me and celin that my in-charge picking on them. PLEASE LO!! lolx and celin tug my pants and ask me to keep quiet in case i got involve in this arguement too.. but they were really too much!!
and that's ONE of the MANY unreasonable cases.. of cuz there are good ones.. heehee~ *yanw* time for bed again.. feeling so hardworking lately! i have been waking up earlier than the sun!! everytime when walking to the bus stop, the whole route would be so dark..
